In this article, I want to explore how you can minimize this influence.
Completely disconnecting from media is impossible — and unnecessary. The danger is not the information itself, but the subtle shaping of reactions, beliefs, and emotional background. The task is not only to filter the content you consume, but also to learn to observe your own sensations and emotions, to notice when you begin to get too deeply involved in a news topic.
I want to offer a few small recommendations on how to minimize the influence of mass media on you and your psyche.
