Question to Yourself #1. “It’s not Time yet”
Self-Reflection
You will never be younger than you are right now. What would you do if you weren’t afraid?
Fear is one of the main brakes in our lives. We often think that there will still be time, opportunity, resources. But the truth is that there will never be a “better moment” than now. Every day we postpone a dream “for later,” afraid to take a step, endlessly doubting and telling ourselves that “it’s not time yet,” we slowly file our desires away. We hide them in a dusty attic.
Imagine this: you are not a hostage of circumstances, but their creator. We influence our future far more than we can imagine. Not only our decisions, but also our daily thoughts, reactions, words, and actions shape our future. We literally build our future every single day. And any day can radically change the trajectory of our movement.
Fear is not a signal saying “don’t do it,” but an invitation to grow. When we step over our fears and take conscious action, we become stronger, more experienced, wiser. It is an opportunity to move to a new level.
It doesn’t matter how old you are. Today you are younger than you will be tomorrow. And that makes today the most suitable day for a first step.
Task of the Day:
Write down three things you have wanted to do for a long time but haven’t dared to. Try not to think only with your mind, but to feel. Some desires may be hidden deep inside you.
Mark one of them as the most important — the one that makes everything inside you tremble, the one that makes your heart beat faster.
Take the first step toward it today — write a letter, sign up for a course, start looking for information, talk to the right person, confess your love.
